Case of butterfly valves and inlet collector
Components
Dismantle
|
|
- Dump fuel pressure.
- Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
- Drain okhladitelny system.
|
|
|
|
In order to avoid a burn, do not open a stopper of a drain opening and a radiator cover if the engine and a radiator did not cool down yet. Burning liquid and steam can escape outside under pressure if the stopper and a cover are open too early. |
|
- Remove an airintaking sleeve.
|
|
- Disconnect the following electric wire conclusions:
- The valve of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases
- Grounding wires from an inlet collector
- Sensor of absolute pressure of a collector
- The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of the engine
- Wire conclusions of injectors at the coupling
- The gate for production of not being condensed gases
- Sensor of position of the case of butterfly valves
- The regulating pneumovalve

|
- Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of a drive of butterfly valves And/t (for And/t models) from the case of butterfly valves.
|
- Disconnect the following hoses:
- Brake sleeve from an inlet collector
- Pneumohose from the gate for production of not being condensed gases
- Hose of cooling liquid of the engine (the target party) from the case of butterfly valves
- Entrance hose of a radiator from a thermostat cover
- Hose of compulsory ventilation of a case from an inlet collector and the case of butterfly valves
- Hose of supply of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe
- Vacuum hose from an inlet collector

- Remove regulating shoulder of the generator.
|
- Remove elements of rigidity of an inlet collector from an inlet collector.
|
|
- Remove an inlet collector with the case of butterfly valves from a cylinder head, and then its laying.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Repeat dismantling procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting about the following.
|
|
- Use new laying for an inlet collector.
|
|
|
- At installation of an inlet collector, establish clips in the provisions specified in drawing.
|
|
|
- Adjust люфт a rope of an accelerator and люфт a cable of a drive of butterfly valves And/t (for And/t models).
|
- Check, whether everything the removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which were not earlier established.
- Back fill cooling system, having addressed to the Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in Head engine Cooling.
- Adjust a tension of a driving belt of the water pump, having addressed to the Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in Head engine Cooling.
- On termination of installation turn the ignition key on VKL, leaving the engine switched off, and check leakage of fuel.
- At last, turn on the engine and check, whether engine antifreeze proceeds.
